Paper Format: Paper will be a maximum of four pages long, not including the title page and reference page. What are your assumptions about the causes of this disparity to individuals, families, and communities? What are your assumptions about the consequences of this disparity to individuals, families, and communities? County and State of Focus What is your county/state of focus? Why did you choose this county/state? (Default to Beltrami County, MN if you dont know where you will practice social work. Otherwise, select your anticipated practice community.) Conclusion What do you hope to gain from addressing this topic? Why is this important to you? References Include APA style references. Use five or more sources.
