Circulation falls under the Cardiovascular system
Any abnormality in the arteries or veins outside the heart. The most common site of atheroma in the peripheral circulation are the abdominal aorta and the femoral and iliac arteries where the partial occlusions may impair both muscle activity and sensory function in the legs. Whereas circulation is decreased and further damage will occur to the blood vessels and the arteries as well as not being able to circulate blood throughout your body
Arteriosclerosis is the thickening and hardening of the walls of the arteries. This leads to diffuse ischemia and necrosis in various tissues such as the kidneys, brain, or heart . Common in adults 50 years of age or older and with diabetes
Arteriosclerosis is narrowing of the large arteries by cholesterol plaque and thrombus.

Educate patients on stress management and relaxation techniques because there is a connection between people with circulatory problems and increased cortisol levels caused by stress.
Administer the anticoagulants to relieve pain and numbness which prevents blood clots.
Educate patients on ensuring adequate hydration to reduce blood viscosity.
Promote patient to regularly exercise to promote circulation
Teaching the patient the factors that interfere with circulation such as wearing restrictive clothes ,and smoking .

Plaque buildup from atherosclerosis and blood clots can form inside an artery’s wall and restrict circulation. Also, when the arteries or veins narrow and restrict blood flow, it can lead to a circulation problem.
Digestion, respiration, and circulation are interrelated concepts.
Cardiologists are physicians who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of circulation diseases.
Various factors can improve circulation, such as vitamins, vegetables, fruits, and daily exercise; a doctor’s approval is beneficial because it improves circulation by creating a new blood vessel.
